Our Mission

Northwest Christian Academy exists for the purpose of assisting the local church in fulfilling Christ’s command: “go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.” This institution is built upon the framework of Reformed theology and seeks to provide a biblical worldview to equip students to advance the kingdom of God.

Vision Statement

The Professional Teacher Institute in committed to equipping each teacher with the essential qualities of thinking, communicating, organization and management, community services, and exposition of truth to train and educated each student to become Christian thinkers and communicators.
 

Mission Statement

The Professional Teacher Institute exist to assist the local church community in its responsibility to make disciples, teaching them to observe all things Christ has command by equipping each teacher with essential qualities needed to produce Christian thinkers and communicators.
 

Core Values

1) The ability to teach is a spiritual gift from God that must be used for his glory, for the equipping of the church, and the advancement of the kingdom of God.
2) God holds all teachers to a high standard and all will be judged accordingly.
3) Teachers must collaborate with parents to ensure students reach their potential in Christ.
4) Teachers are life-long learners equipped with abilities to lead students with various ability-levels to subject and skill mastery.
5) Teachers are living curriculums where faith and learning are visibility united for all to observe.
6) The teacher’s primary responsibility is to united faith and learning.
7) Teachers are the watchmen of their communities keeping the larger community abreast of social, economic, and political issues.
