Dear Parents and Students,
This year, the NCA yearbook staff is embarking on new grounds, and a couple of changes have been made to improve upon the yearbook service. First, purchasing a yearbook is now optional. In the past, yearbook sales have always been included in the tuition. This year, however, we are leaving that decision up to YOU! Not only are sales optional, but purchasing a yearbook has never been easier. Yearbook sales can be expedited online through my Year.com, and instructions to purchase yearbooks can be found at the bottom of this letter.
Not only are yearbooks optional, but we are excited to announce that this year, for the first time in school history, the NCA 2009-2010 yearbook will be ALL COLOR! That’s right; each and every page in this year’s book will be bursting with color, all meant to capture vivid and lasting memories of the school year.
We do hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to remember your year at NCA. Yearbooks will go on sale on February 4th and continue through February 26, 2010. Yearbooks can be purchased for a total of $51.85, a cost that is cheaper than most schools in the area. As students fill out the yearbook order form, they even have the opportunity to personalize their name on the book for an extra $5.
To purchase a yearbook, please use the following instructions:
- Go to www.myyear.com.
- At the bottom, right-hand corner of the website, select the correct state, city and school. Then click “Go.”
- On the right-hand side, click “Order Your Yearbook.”
- Then, choose either the Basic or Classic package by clicking on “Select This Package.”
- If you chose the Classic package, then fill out the student name and click “Next.” If you chose the Basic package, click “Next.”
- Fill out the student information. For “homeroom,” put the student’s current grade level. For example, a seventh grader would input the number “7.”
- Click “Add to Cart.”
- Review shopping cart, where a convenience fee of 1.85 is included. When satisfied with your order, click “Checkout.”
- Fill out the billing information. Then, click “Next.”
- Review your order information and make any necessary changes. Then, click “Place Order.”
After placing your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you. For further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at
